Indications:

• Coronary Heart Disease

• Myocardial Infraction

• Acute Coronary Syndrome

• Primary Hypercholesterolemia

• Mixed Dyslipidemia

Dosage: One Tablet twice daily or as directed by the Physician.

Contra-Indications:

• Hypersensitivity

• Active Liver Disease
