Key Areas
Our Manufacturing unit is in DEV BHUMI HIMACHAL, Baddi area of Solan district. The main components of our manufacturing unit include:
1. Raw Material Storage: A secure area for storing raw materials, including active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials.
2. Production Area: This is where the active pharmaceutical ingrOur production capacity for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing per month on single
shift basis:
1. Tablets 100 million tablets Capsules 10 million
2. Liquids 0.5 million
3. Beta-lactam Tablets 10 million
4. Beta-lactum capsules 10 lacs
5. Dry syrup 1 million
6. Dry-Injections 2 million
7. Liquid Injections of 1.5 million
8. Ointments 1.2 million
9. Lotions of 0.5 million diets and excipients are blended and processed to create the final product. This area may include equipment such as mixers, granulators, and tablet presses.
3. Quality Control (QC) Laboratories: This is where quality control testing is performed on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
4. Packaging Area: This is where the finished product is packaged into its final forms, such as bottles, blister packs, or vials.
5. Warehouse: A secure area for storing finished products until they are shipped to distributors and customers.
6. Maintenance and Support Areas: These areas include facilities for maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment and supplies.
